• Prepare and manage client correspondence 
• Support clients in meeting deadlines and ad hoc requests 
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to offer support
• Prepare journal entries at the direction of accountant
• Setup and maintain accurate chart of accounts at the direction of accountant 
• QuickBooks setup, cleanup, and maintenance
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for the preparation of financial statements
• Maintain annual QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
• Prepare year-end close and support files for tax accountant
• Client relationship building and customer support
• Sales Tax Filing
• Payroll Filing
• Process estimated tax payments
• Manage phone, fax, and email
• Manage A/R and A/P
• Other tasks, as assigned
• $26.50, hourly + bonus
